Today a full house of well over 100 Shop Committeepersons from Lockheed met at the Union Hall for a Seminar with training on Committeeperson duties and plans for the upcoming negotiations.
Training included Grievance Procedure, Step III and Step IV, Committeeman activities, and review of recent arbitrations, the District Communication plans, Health and Safety, Safety Teams, Mutual Agreements Review, and the role of the Committeeman in Negotiations Preparations.
The importance of our negotiations in 2009 cannot be overstated, and the your Union is making sure everyone is ready to go!
